Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience advising government programs.
- Domain focus in Digital Identity/ICAM or Knowledge Management/Oversight.
- Experience with policy analysis, DHS/TSA directives, privacy requirements, and compliance.
- Excellent writing, communication and briefing abilities; able to author complex program docs.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance for Digital Identity/ICAM or KM/Oversight support.
- Develop SOPs, knowledge articles, templates, and governance documentation.
- Prepare issue briefs, white papers, and executive briefing materials.
- Collaborate with government leads, technical teams, and inter‑agency partners.
