Job summary

Sumaria Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the Air Force Sustainment Center at Wright-Patterson AFB. The role provides management analysis, action officer support, and administrative coordination to AFSC leadership and divisions.

Candidates should have a Master's degree and 10+ years of relevant DoD experience, with strong write-up skills, proficiency in AFMC TMT, and solid MS Office/SharePoint expertise.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Ten or more years of relevant experience in management analysis, program support, Action Officer functions, or related DoD/Air Force activities.
• Experience using AFMC TMT for task, action, and suspense management.
• Experience developing, coordinating, and reviewing executive-level correspondence, briefings, reports, and decision-support materials.
• Strong organizational, analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams for information, records, workflow, and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Management Analyst and Action Officer supporting AFSC projects, initiatives, meetings, and leadership requirements.
• Manage and track actions, suspenses, and organizational workflow using AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT) and other applicable tracking systems.
• Analyze taskings and supporting information to identify information gaps, risks, required coordination, and appropriate courses of action.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations to obtain required information and develop complete, integrated responses to leadership taskings.
• Develop, coordinate, review, and maintain briefing charts, correspondence, reports, policies, guidance, records, and other program office documentation.
• Prepare official communications in accordance with applicable Department of the Air Force guidance, including DAFH 33-337, The Tongue and Quill, and AFMAN 33-326, Preparing Official Communications.
• Serve as an Action Officer and/or facilitator for projects, meetings, working groups, and leadership engagements.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of briefing materials, decision-support products, and leadership packages.
• Develop and prepare leadership pre-brief packages to support meetings, decisions, and organizational priorities.
• Maintain configuration management of leadership products and track actions through meetings and pre-briefs to completion.
• Manage program information, briefing materials, records, and documentation using SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Support organizational security assurance activities and security inspections.
• Manage and track division travel and training requirements.
• Provide calendar management and general administrative support as required.
• Utilize Microsoft Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio to develop and present information supporting assigned requirements.
• Maintain awareness of multiple organizational priorities and ensure time-sensitive actions are coordinated and completed within suspenses.
