Job summary

Sumaria Systems LLC is seeking a Senior Management Analyst to support the Air Force Sustainment Center at Wright-Patterson AFB. You will manage multiple actions, prepare briefing materials, and ensure timely responses while using SharePoint, Teams, and the AFMC TMT system.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Eight or more years of management analysis/ program support experience.
• Experience with AFMC Task Management Tool (TMT).
• Experience creating executive-level correspondence, briefings, and action packages.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Management Analyst and Action Officer for AFSC projects, meetings, and leadership requirements.
• Manage actions, suspense, and workflow using TMT and other systems.
• Coordinate with internal and external organizations to gather information and craft integrated responses.
• Develop, review, and maintain briefing charts, reports, and official communications.
• Prepare leadership pre-brief packages and support meetings and engagements.
