Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong proficiency in MS Office and data management.
• Experience in documentation, reporting and briefing leadership.
• Knowledge of DoD/AF documentation guidelines is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and calendars.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and assistance services to AFSC/LG leadership.
• Develop briefing charts and presentations for leadership reviews.
• Manage suspense tasks, schedules, and calendars.
• Oversee records management and security protocol adherence.
• Coordinate travel and training logistics for AFSC personnel.
