The role emphasizes research, design evaluation, system integration planning, and production of visual and written deliverables using Microsoft 365 to inform decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in program analysis, policy, or management support within a DoD or federal setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel (advanced formulas, charts), PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine internal policies, procedures, and management reports in support of USG operations.
• Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of multiple, simultaneous projects and efforts.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze datasets to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare professional presentations, briefings, charts, and visual products for senior leadership.
• Provide recommendations to management on project and process enhancements.
• Review and validate content and data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy and procedural standardization.
• Prepare management summaries, dashboards, and written assessments.

Job Summary

The Senior Management Analyst provides analytical, policy, and management support to Department of War leadership including Senior Executive Service members and General Officers. The analyst plans, coordinates, and performs required research, design evaluation, technical development, system integration planning and other tasks in specific technical areas. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in using Microsoft 365 to prepare visual and written deliverables that inform leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities
