Cahaba Federal Solutions is seeking a Program Support Analyst III to provide senior‑level management and analytical support to Washington Headquarters Services leadership in a role combining research, design evaluation, and policy development. Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree, 15+ years of relevant experience with DoD/federal programs, and an active SECRET clearance.

• At least 15 years of progressively responsible experience in program analysis, management consulting or policy development for DoD or federal agencies.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Demonstrated expertise in management principles, program evaluation, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• U.S. citizenship and an active, SECRET Security Clearance is required.

• Develop, review, and refine internal policies, reports, and management briefings.
• Collect and interpret complex datasets to uncover trends and insights for strategic decisions.

• Design and deliver graphics, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate results.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to standardize policies and procedures.
• Review and validate analytical reports and policy content for accuracy and alignment with WHS goals.
• Provide decision support to senior management and contribute to long‑term planning.
• Mentor junior analysts and review deliverables for quality assurance.

Job Summary

The Program Support Analyst III provides senior‑level management and analytical support to Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) leadership. The analyst plans and performs required research, design evaluation, technical development, system integration planning and other tasks in specific technical areas. This role requires a strong background in management analysis, strategic planning, data analytics, and policy development. The analyst collaborates with senior leadership to translate data and analysis into actionable recommendations and decision‑support materials.

• Demonstrated expertise in management principles, program evaluation, and data analysis.

The salary range for this role is $95,000 USD - $162,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
