Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or related field required (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience in program analysis, policy, or management support within a DoD or federal setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel (advanced formulas, charts), PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• U.S. citizenship and an active, SECRET Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine internal policies, procedures, and management reports in support of USG operations.
• Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of multiple, simultaneous projects and efforts.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze datasets to identify performance trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare professional presentations, briefings, charts, and visual products for senior leadership.
• Provide recommendations to management on project and process enhancements.
• Review and validate content and data for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy and procedural standardization.
• Prepare management summaries, dashboards, and written assessments.
