Job summary

Carrieraccessit is seeking a Managed Services Systems Lead to drive technical leadership within the Technology Services team. You will act as a primary advisor to clients and internal teams, guiding a group of Systems Engineers and coordinating incident response and service delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive monitoring, collaboration across Security, Professional Services, and Leadership, and maintaining documentation and best practices. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years of related technology experience.
• 8+ years’ experience supporting Office 365.
• Experience with security products and diverse tech environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical resource for clients and the Systems team.
• Lead, coach, and develop Systems Engineers through mentoring and reviews.
• Coordinate resources and monitor workloads to ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as escalation point for complex incidents and security events.
• Review metrics and trends to drive process improvements and MTTR reductions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain security/compliance practices.
