Job summary

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates new MSP service offerings based on industry trends.
• Develops proposals and statements of work focusing on client needs.
• Designs advanced service solutions to enhance client outcomes.
• Assists in developing new managed service offerings for client satisfaction.
• Supports sales targeting and account plan execution.
