Job summary

Logicalis is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead operations for assigned Managed Services clients in the United States. You will own the customer relationship, govern service delivery, and drive continuous improvement to maximize business value.

The role requires proactive health monitoring, escalation management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Experience managing managed services customers and driving outcomes.
• Strong communication skills with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SLAs, governance, and service improvement processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational relationship owner and trusted partner for assigned Managed Services customers.
• Align service delivery, governance activities, and continuous improvement with customer priorities.
• Lead monthly and quarterly governance meetings and report on SLA performance.
• Manage customer health, risks, and escalations with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate onboarding and adoption of new services and capabilities.
