Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX seeks a Senior Mammography Technologist to lead imaging services with a focus on clinical excellence and leadership across the department.

You will provide expert patient care, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards while supporting program development in Imaging Services. This is a full-time role with 40 hours weekly and a rotating leadership schedule.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Licenses/ Certifications: MRT, ARRT-R, ARRT-M as required.
• Radiology modalities: CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound require ARRT credentials as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technologist in imaging with clinical leadership responsibilities.
• Ensure department adheres to quality standards, safety, and patient care excellence.
• Coordinate with staff and other departments to optimize patient flow and care.
• Mentor and coach junior technologists and serve as clinical resource.

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology

Licensed by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)

Registered Radiology Technologist by ARRT-R

Registered Mammography Technologist by ARRT-M
