Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System seeks a Radiology Technologist Lead in Humble, TX. The role blends leadership with clinical expertise to guide imaging services and ensure high quality patient care.

You’ll coordinate staffing, mentor technologists and collaborate with physicians to optimize workflow. Requires a radiologic technology degree, Texas MRT/MRA licensure or equivalent, ARRT registrations and radiology certifications for CT/MRI/Nuclear Medicine as applicable.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Licensure by the Texas Medical Board; MRT or MRA as applicable.
• ARRT registration in Radiology Technology (ARRT-R) required.
• ARRT-CT and ARRT-MR/M licensing for CT/MRI considered.
• Nuclear Medicine credentialing via ARRT-N or NMTCB.
• Mammography certification (ARRT-M) required.
• Ultrasound specialty may require ARRT-VS, RVT, or other recognized credentials.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates department throughput and staffing.
• Provides leadership and mentoring to technologists.
• Ensures safe patient care and adherence to quality standards.
• Acts as clinical resource and liaison among staff, physicians and patients.
