Job summary

Simon Property Group in Folsom Premium Outlets is seeking a Manager, General-II to safeguard and enhance the center's assets through strategic operations, marketing, leasing and profit programs.

You will lead a mall team, drive EBITDA by growing income sources and managing expenses, coordinate with leasing representatives, and ensure excellent guest experiences while maintaining security and maintenance standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in shopping centers or retail environment.
• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college preferred.
• Strong budgeting, accounting and financial analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize center profitability through operations, marketing, leasing and income programs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic business plan for the center.
• Lead local leasing efforts from lead generation to tenant opening.
• Coordinate with leasing reps and tenants to execute the center's leasing strategy.
• Represent the company and build relationships with tenants, authorities and partners.
