Job summary

Tallgrass MLP Operations, LLC in Houston is seeking an experienced Project Manager-Major Projects (Finance) to lead engineering development, cost and schedule controls, and the execution of large midstream capital projects from concept through operations.

This role requires 10+ years in major projects, proficiency in Primavera, MS Office, and strong communication with executives, customers, and regulators; travel up to 10‑15% and leadership of project controls teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction or PM or equivalent.
• 10+ years in major projects, with natural gas or hazardous liquids experience.
• Strong cost and schedule control, design/construction management, and permitting.
• Proficiency with Primavera for scheduling and reporting.
• Excellent communication with executives, customers and regulators.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development, controls, cost and schedule management.
• Coordinate with commercial and operations groups to support business goals.
• Develop execution plans and ensure projects meet objectives, scope and budget.
• Interface with customers, regulators and internal teams to advance projects.
