Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project delivery.
• Experience with project financial management, forecasting, EAC reviews, cash flow.
• Ability to lead through influence across a matrixed organization.
• Experience with executive-level customer interactions and project recovery.
• PMP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for major projects and portfolios.
• Lead governance reviews, risk assessments, and project health monitoring.
• Direct project delivery and recovery leadership when required.
• Support pursuit strategy, pre‑bid risk assessment, and kickoff activities.
• Protect profitability through forecasting, cost control, and change management.
• Develop trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor Project Managers and promote delivery best practices.
