• Approximately 3 to 5+ years of major gifts fundraising experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of securing major gifts and ability to connect with donors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of donors capable of giving $5,000+ in Florida.
• Research, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors.
• Foster strong relationships with current donors and new supporters.
• Develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategies.
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce.
• Attend organization events as needed.
• Travel to meet with donors and prospects, as needed.
