Redlands Christian Migrant Association (RCMA) seeks a Development & Major Gifts Officer for South Florida to grow financial support for charter schools and programs. You will manage a portfolio of major donors and partner with leaders to advance RCMA's mission.

The role involves donor proposals, events, site visits, and collaboration with regional officers. Remote work with travel across Southwest Florida; minimum 3–5 years nonprofit fundraising; Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of nonprofit development or fundraising experience, with major gifts focus.
• Experience with donor management software (e.g., Raiser's Edge) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates, stewards, and solicits major gifts from an assigned portfolio of 50-75 donors.
• Maintains ongoing donor communications via calls, meetings, and personalized stewardship.
• Develops tailored proposals and donor benefits with RCMA team.
• Coordinates donor meetings, site visits, and logistics for engagements.
• Tracks performance metrics and reports progress to leadership quarterly.
• Collaborates with Regional Development Officers to ensure consistent practices.
