International Nonprofit is seeking a Senior Donor Relations Officer to manage the full lifecycle of fundraising in Florida, focusing on securing major gifts of $5k+ and expanding donor support across the state. The role is remote but based in Florida, with travel as needed.

The Senior DRO will build relationships with donors, develop multi-year strategies, and ensure accurate donor records in Salesforce, contributing to the organization’s mission to transform the lives of vulnerable children.

Competenze

• Approximately 3 to 5+ years of major gifts fundraising experience.
• Demonstrated track record of securing major gifts.
• Ability to connect with donors while conveying the organization's mission and work.

• Manage and grow a portfolio of major donors and prospects capable of giving $5,000+ in the state of Florida
• Research, identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors for the organization
• Foster strong relationships with current donors and new supporters
• Develop and execute multi-year fundraising strategies
• Maintain donor records in Salesforce
• Attend organization events, as needed
• Travel to meet with donors and prospects, as needed
