Job summary

Alzheimer’s Association seeks a Senior Donor Advisor to manage a strategic portfolio of 100–125 major donors, crafting personalized strategies that align with our mission. You will collaborate with leadership to expand the major gifts pipeline and drive six- and seven-figure solicitations.

The role is remote with Florida base, requiring up to 50% travel regionally and nationally, and offers a salary range of $120,000–$150,000 plus a bonus opportunity up to 8%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFRE or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of fundraising experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals and families.
• Demonstrated success in cultivating, soliciting, and closing six- and seven-figure major gifts.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to develop sophisticated donor strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write and present with clarity and speed.
• High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and groups.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and work effectively with senior leadership.
• Ability to travel regionally and nationally, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio management and donor strategy for 100–125 major donors and prospects.
• Develop individualized donor strategies to deepen engagement and increase investment.
• Meet or exceed annual fundraising targets.
• Grow the major and strategic giving pipeline within assigned chapters.
• Lead six- and seven-figure solicitations.
• Collaborate with chapter leadership to develop integrated donor strategies.
• Partner with colleagues across the Association to expand the pipeline of prospects.
• Serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership in donor strategy and solicitations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and report progress toward goals.
• Use data insights to refine portfolio strategy.
