Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Inc. is seeking a Principal Gift Officer to manage a 60–80 donor portfolio and secure 6-7 figure gifts to support statewide fundraising efforts.

The role prioritizes research, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship with strong donor relationship skills. The position offers a competitive starting salary of $94,135 per year, with bilingual premium added for English/Spanish language capability, and benefits including PTO, parental leave, and retirement plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline plus a minimum of five to seven years of major gift experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Responsabilités

• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of 60-80 donors and prospects and secure gifts of $100,000 or more.
• Strategic Fundraising: Develop and implement strategies to cultivate and solicit 6-7 figure gifts including professional proposals.
• Stewardship & Relationship Building: Maintain a year-round plan with face-to-face, phone and email contact.
• Community Engagement: Represent PPWI at events and collaborate with volunteers and staff.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned and support statewide fundraising efforts.
