Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts is seeking a Major Gifts Officer to oversee a 100–125 donor portfolio with gifts of $10,000+. You will collaborate with senior leaders to close major gifts, manage a robust donor pipeline, and craft compelling proposals and updates.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to plan cultivation events and ensure accurate donor records in the CRM, routinely brief leadership, and attend occasional evening events.

Formación

• 3+ years of fundraising experience, including 2+ years in major gifts.
• Experience cultivating, soliciting, and closing gifts of $10,000+.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent fundraising experience considered.
• Deep commitment to PPLM and PPAF mission of reproductive health and advocacy.
• Proficiency with fundraising CRMs (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce).

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 100–125 major gift prospects and donors.
• Lead donor meetings and achieve monthly visit and revenue goals.
• Draft strategy and communications for donor interactions.
• Prepare briefings for CEO and senior leadership pre/post meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to strengthen the funding pipeline.
