Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience is required.
• Minimum of five years in nonprofit fundraising with a proven major gifts track record.
• Strong interpersonal, writing and presentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of major donors and prospects with a strategic communications plan.
• Lead one-to-one solicitation, gift acknowledgement and stewardship communications.
• Develop and execute moves-management strategies with volunteer leadership and staff.
• Collaborate across teams to present funding opportunities and donor portfolios.
• Coordinate donor visits, tours and face-to-face briefings with Army leaders.
