Wells Media Group is seeking a Major Case Specialist in Centennial, Colorado to manage high frequency and high severity claims. The successful candidate will resolve complex tort cases involving significant financial exposures and legal challenges while ensuring optimal customer service.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $109,300 - $180,200, inclusive of performance incentives, and a comprehensive benefits program including health insurance, retirement matching, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in toxic tort, latent injury, environmental claim and coverage determination.
• 4 years of experience in handling severe, highly complex liability claims and litigation.
• Acquisition and maintenance of Insurance License(s) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage complex toxic tort claims.
• Conduct thorough coverage analysis and negotiate resolution of coverage issues.
• Develop and execute a strategic file management plan for claim resolution.
• Maintain effective working relationships with other account contacts.
