Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative for Major Accounts in the United States. You will sell ADP’s Human Capital Management solutions to mid-size clients, manage the full sales cycle, forecast pipelines, and drive new business within a designated territory.

You’ll work in the field to close deals, document cycles through implementation, and enjoy industry-leading compensation, benefits, and recognition as you build your career with ADP.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience.
• Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, business equipment, uniform, or software sales.
• Military experience is valued and appreciated for the discipline and problem-solving abilities you gain.

Responsibilities

• Grow our business by closing sales, winning clients, and meeting sales goals within your geography.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a strategy targeting decision-makers and business owners.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cultivate additional opportunities within existing accounts.
