Qualifications

• Ten or more years of progressively demanding experience in electric utility operations.
• Experience mentoring and instructing others.
• Experience around safety regulations and with labor union positions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate training for Electrician and I&C Technician apprentices as well as journeyman level craft employees.
• Research and evaluate effectiveness of on-the-job training methods.
• Administer apprenticeship and training programs.
• Maintain high level of communication with plant personnel, plant management, company and union representatives.
