Job summary

Ameren Corporation's Callaway Energy Center in Missouri is seeking an Instrumentation & Control Maintenance Supervisor to lead I&C technicians in maintenance, calibration, testing, and corrective work to assure safe, reliable plant operation. The role supervises technicians, plans work, ensures procedures are followed, and participates in outage activities.

A Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with instrumentation focus preferred; five+ years in I&C; nuclear plant experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Instrumentation & Controls experience in a nuclear power plant.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with instrumentation emphasis preferred.
• Nuclear plant operations or I&C experience preferred.
• Training instructor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct calibration, testing and corrective maintenance of instruments and controls at the Callaway Energy Center.
• Supervise the activities of I&C technicians or assign technicians to work as directed by plant engineers during normal and outage operations.
• Control measuring and test equipment as described in the QA Manual for the Callaway Energy Center.
• Plan, schedule and assign work, and assist Planning & Scheduling in coordination of activities.
• Ensure safe and efficient use of manpower and resources, maintaining high workmanship standards and accurate documentation.
