Zusammenfassung

AbbVie is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to independently provide high-level technical support within the maintenance department. The role includes training lower-level technicians on advanced tasks and ensuring reliable equipment and quality standards.

You will participate in root cause investigations, assist cross-functional teams, and support continuous improvement initiatives while strictly following safety and GMP regulations.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or relevant certificate with 5+ yrs. experience or associates technical degree with 3+ yrs. experience, or proficient in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e. machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows). Electrical experience up to 480V is a plus.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical packaging or GMP environment is preferred.

• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
