Job summary

AbbVie seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to independently provide high-level technical support within the maintenance department and train lower-level technicians. The role supports reliable equipment and quality by adhering to safety and GMP standards.

The shift runs 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates should have a HS diploma with significant maintenance experience (or related cert) and be proficient with MS Windows and maintenance tools.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher with extensive maintenance experience or relevant cert.
• CMRT or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools for maintenance tasks.
• Intermediate MS Windows skills required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Abbvie’s code of conduct and safety standards.
• Maintain department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality.
• Assist in root cause investigations and maintenance analysis.
• Capable of training others on tasks and procedures.
• Create or edit maintenance job plans across multiple trades.
• Support cross-functional teams within and beyond maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
