Job summary

Kubota Manufacturing of America Corp in Georgia seeks a senior Maintenance Mechanical Technician to plan and independently execute maintenance, repair, and modification of complex equipment. This role emphasizes advanced troubleshooting, TPM principles, and strict 5S workplace organization.

You will diagnose mechanical issues, install systems, perform electrical load calculations, and mentor junior technicians while ensuring safety and reliability of production lines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years in a manufacturing maintenance role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, schematics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain certification for powered industrial vehicles and overhead cranes within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and perform maintenance, repair, and modification of complex equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues including disassembly and reassembly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on plant systems, including lasers and robotic equipment where applicable.
• Lead 5S housekeeping audits and uphold ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively in team environments.
• Mentor and support junior technicians on maintenance best practices.
