Job summary

The Maintenance Senior Technician at QUICK USA in Peachtree City, GA will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility utilities to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will lead documentation and spare parts control while supporting ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA safety certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience (mechanical/electrical).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and document preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and efficiency of maintenance.
• Design, fabricate, assemble, operate, and test systems and equipment.
• Respond to malfunctions and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain spare parts lists and annual inventories.
• Collect and report maintenance data for continuous improvement.
• Train and support maintenance technicians and staff.
• Operate wastewater treatment equipment per regulations.
• Support security system maintenance with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and ISO 9001 standards.
