Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar environment and role.
• Proficiency in multiple trades: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Experienced in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Ability to analyze issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
• Ability to work with team members, leaders, and contractors.
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to prevent failures.
• Diagnose, repair, or replace broken parts for machinery and building structures.
• Maintain production machinery, robots, and conveyor systems.
• Perform general repairs such as painting, drywall repair, carpentry, and sometimes landscaping or snow removal.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, repairs, and inventory of supplies.
• Other tasks assigned.
