Job summary

Mauser Corp. in Georgia is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support production by repairing, upgrading, and maintaining plastic injection molding machines and automation equipment.

You will interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and use basic PC/PLC knowledge to install and troubleshoot hardware. Qualifications

• Experience in injection molding repair and automation systems.
• Experience with 480/480-volt motor and controls systems.
• AC drive troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient with welding, mills, lathes, cutting equipment, metal shear and brake, and drill presses.
• Ability to read and understand electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings and schematics.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Able to work autonomously and troubleshoot with technical support as needed.
• Excellent attendance record.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise to production teams for manufacturing challenges and improvements.
• Install, modify, enhance, and repair machines using drawings, schematics, manuals, and specifications.
• Apply PC/PLC knowledge to electrically install, modify, enhance, and repair equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment including Injection Molding Machines, Automation equipment, conveyors, and related systems.
• Pursue ongoing training to improve technical knowledge and efficiency.
• Document machine and panel data and preventive maintenance records.
