You will lead TPM programs, support automation projects, and drive continuous improvement while adhering to EHS guidelines. 5+ years of plant maintenance experience and hands-on tooling skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in facility and machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices and maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and GD&T.
• Advanced math skills for fabrication calculations and tool usage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Implement and maintain TPM programs for factory equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation and cost reduction.
• Support assembly projects, engineering works, and commissioning.
• Participate in facilities maintenance and environmental compliance.
