Job summary

Grundfos is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician III to provide leadership across maintenance and facilities, troubleshoot complex equipment, drive TPM programs, and contribute to automation and yield improvements that keep the Brookshire facility running efficiently.

You will join a diverse, safety-conscious team with responsibilities spanning electrical work, compliance with EHS, and ongoing cost reduction initiatives, while supporting new projects and daily maintenance in a 2nd shift with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in facility and machine maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices and maintenance programs (reliability-centered, preventive, predictive)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex equipment issues to minimize production downtime, liaising with third-party suppliers for purchasing or repair jobs as needed
• Implement and maintain Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) programs for all factory equipment, assembly lines, and testing facilities
• Support new assembly projects, engineering works, and production equipment setup while driving automation, yield improvement, and cost reduction initiatives
• Perform electrical work including low voltage tasks, minor repairs, and replacements across production and facility systems
• Ensure compliance with all EHS requirements including proper waste segregation, spill response, environmental reporting, and completion of required safety training
• Participate in facilities projects related to painting, daily maintenance, and mechanical issues while adhering to safety and quality lean initiatives
