Job Description Summary:
This position is responsible for basic maintenance and facility upkeep. Responsibilities include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, grounds keeping, and painting. The role supports other facilities associates, projects, and activities based on organizational needs. Duties may vary based on campus location, business needs, and seasonal tasks.

Additional Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of mechanical systems, commercial HVAC, building safety codes, blueprints, materials, and finishes. Experience with electronics, plumbing, mechanical systems, hand and power tools. 2-3 years in commercial or building maintenance. Ability to work in a team environment.
