Job Overview

If you are a Maintenance Technician with basic training in HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing, and are ready to contribute to a team supporting the company's goals, this could be the right opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all engineering and maintenance operations, including building, grounds, and physical plant, with a focus on safety, security, and asset protection.
  • Manage maintenance budget, capital projects, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Complete assigned duties and projects effectively.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and support spaces.
  • Maintain the appearance and safety of the hotel exterior and landscaping.
