OVERVIEW

Our client is seeking a skilled Roving Residential Maintenance Technician to help keep their 3,500-unit apartment communities in Riverside County in top shape! The ideal candidate is self-motivated, customer-focused, technically skilled, efficient, and technologically proficient. This position services multiple properties.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Traveling to Apartments:Scattered sites.
• Handling repairs:Troubleshooting and fixing issues with appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Preventative maintenance:Conducting regular checks and maintenance to prevent problems.
• General upkeep:Taking care of basic repairs like fixing floors, walls, and other building elements.
• Vendor management:Identifying when to call in specialized contractors for bigger jobs.
• Documentation:Keeping detailed records of all work done.
• Customer service:Providing excellent service to residents and other stakeholders.
• Property upkeep:Maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
