Job summary

Lutheran Social Service of MN is seeking a Senior Maintenance Worker to provide maintenance and repair services for multiple residential homes. You will inspect properties, plan repairs, and arrange for in-house or outside services while ensuring safety and accessibility for residents with disabilities.

The role includes lawn care, snow removal, seasonal maintenance, and maintaining program vehicles, with attention to accurate documentation and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years’ experience in electrical, mechanical, and preventative maintenance.
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and a Motor Vehicle Check.
• Successfully meet the requirements of a background check.
• Computer skills that support LSS technology.

Responsibilities

• Inspect residential properties and perform maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Arrange for in-house or outside service for repairs.
• Provide or arrange lawn care and snow removal; perform seasonal maintenance.
• Maintain program vehicles and manage maintenance documentation.
