Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or distribution.
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical, mechanical, and facility systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex failures in production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot industrial electrical systems including control circuits and power distribution.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair motors, starters, and controls.
• Support PLC-controlled equipment troubleshooting including I/O validation and fault diagnostics.
• Perform advanced mechanical repairs (bearings, gearboxes, belts, shafts, alignment).
• Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic systems, valves, cylinders, and pumps.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to maintenance team members.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
