Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of industrial maintenance, manufacturing maintenance, or comparable hands-on maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial or production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on manufacturing equipment, production equipment, facility systems, and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and other equipment problems to determine the cause of failures and corrective action.
• Repair or replace defective equipment components using hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and work to restore equipment to safe operating conditions while minimizing downtime.
• Inspect machinery and equipment for wear, damage, malfunction, or unsafe conditions.
• Perform facility maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, carpentry as needed.
• Read and interpret manuals, drawings, schematics, blueprints, and diagrams for diagnostics.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout procedures and safety requirements when servicing equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and equipment history.
