Job summary

Nuuly is seeking a Maintenance Technician III in Raymore, MO to lead advanced diagnostics and reliability improvements for automated equipment. You will serve as a technical expert, mentor technicians, and partner with OEMs for complex support.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial automation maintenance, strong PLC and electrical troubleshooting, and CMMS experience. This on-site position offers comprehensive perks and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

3+ years of industrial maintenance in automated environments.
Strong PLC, servo, and electrical troubleshooting experience.
Experience with CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues across automation systems (conveyors, sortation, ASRS, packaging).
Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial networks (Ethernet/IP, Profinet).
Serve as technical owner for key systems, including advanced faults, timing, and integration issues.
Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements.
Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
Read and interpret complex electrical schematics and system documentation.
Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for advanced support.
Document maintenance activities and system performance in CMMS.
Support equipment upgrades, trials, and capital projects.
Mentor and train Maintenance Technicians I & II.
