Qualifications

• 11-15 years of maintenance experience (or 7-10 with degree) in high-speed manufacturing.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools essential.
• Physical ability to lift 75 lbs and work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Respond to equipment breakdowns and diagnose mechanical issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Mentor junior technicians and apprentices on-the-job.
