Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a maintenance professional to Improve systems and equipment reliability in the Fill & Finish Expansions area at our Clayton, NC site. You will work with a team to reduce downtime and support operations in aseptic production environments.

The role requires an Associate's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience, with SAP experience, and hands-on maintenance skills across electro-mechanical systems.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in relevant field, or equivalent military training or industrial training (which includes a thorough understanding of mechanical, electrical & control systems) required
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience required
• Knowledgeable in the following systems: Compressed Air, Electro-Mechanical controls, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation & robotics required
• Ability & experience with automated records systems such as SAP, schematics, wiring diagrams & other technical documents required
• Computer literacy requiredKnowledge & application experience of various troubleshooting strategies required
• Organization/Planning: Support planning & execution of process functions & lead coordination of planned & corrective maintenance activities to ensure successful process performance preferred

Responsibilities

• Work in a safe & environmentally responsible way
• Actively improve performance & reliability of process equipment
• Restore function to equipment in an effective & technically correct manner
• Actively lead Event Response
• Plan & perform corrective & preventative maintenance on assigned process
• Monitor performance & trends, & provide action plans for assigned process(s)
• Support & implement system/equipment reliability improvement projects
• Support & assist in training & coaching of process operations
• Record & review maintenance & repair data in BPR’s & associated forms
• Review & coach the use of SAP to include Work Order oversight & completion
• Other accountabilities, as assigned.
