You will perform RCA during malfunctions and coordinate with area leads to improve processes and equipment.

• 5+ years of maintenance with degree, or 15+ years without degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on a wide spectrum of production equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance with area leads to align with build plans.
• Conduct root cause analysis during malfunctions and implement improvements.
• Provide project support for area leads and engineers.
• Train personnel on troubleshooting and minor machine repairs.
• Maintain spare parts for corrective maintenance.
