Job summary

Nordic Naturals seeks a Senior Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production and facility equipment in Vista, CA. This hands-on role requires expertise in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems (including PLCs) to ensure safe, reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and control systems.
• 3–5 years of team-leader experience or supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work three shift rotation (as required).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including motors and control panels.
• Troubleshoot conveyors, pumps, mixers, and filling machines.
• Work with PLCs to identify and resolve control system issues.
• Document maintenance activities using CMMS (Fiix).
• Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians.
• Support process improvements to increase reliability and safety.
