Job summary

Leoforce in Hoffman, OK seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician at senior level to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery. You will work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and support PLC‑controlled equipment.

The role requires hands‑on PLC troubleshooting, reading schematics, and following LOTO safety procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on PLC troubleshooting experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems: motors, sensors, relays, VFDs.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Familiarity with lockout/tagout safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on complex equipment.
• Diagnose and repair control systems and automation components.
