Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Maintenance Technician III who will serve as a senior-level technical expert responsible for advanced troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of facility systems and production equipment. You will ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimal downtime while providing leadership and support to the maintenance team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, with an Associate's degree or equivalent training.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial operations.
• Expert knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis for recurring equipment failures.
