Job summary

Leoforce in Hoffman, OK seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician at senior level to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery. You will work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and support PLC‑controlled equipment.

The role requires hands‑on PLC troubleshooting, reading schematics, and following LOTO safety procedures to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on PLC troubleshooting experience.

Job Details

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing machinery and production equipment.
• Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on complex industrial equipment to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Must have hands‑on PLC troubleshooting experience, including diagnosing faults, interpreting ladder logic, and troubleshooting PLC‑controlled machinery.
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems, including motors, motor controls, sensors, relays, contactors, VFDs, and electrical circuits.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, cylinders, compressors, and associated components.
• Diagnose and repair electronic components, control systems, and industrial automation equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components, including gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, motors, belts, chains, and drive systems.
• Utilize electrical testing equipment, including multimeters and other diagnostic tools, to identify electrical and electronic failures.
• Identify root causes of recurring equipment issues and implement long‑term corrective solutions.
• Assist with machinery installations, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow established safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO).
• Previous industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize repairs, and respond effectively to equipment breakdowns in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
