Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician III to lead advanced maintenance tasks and prioritize activities across production lines. You will supervise a team, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee control-system installation and calibration using diagnostic tools and PLCs.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, document findings, and train junior technicians while collaborating with engineering and production to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of predictive/condition-based maintenance.
• Experience managing maintenance projects including planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate priorities for the team.
• Oversee installation, calibration and maintenance of control systems.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Provide guidance and training to junior technicians and peers.
