Job summary

BRAVA ROOF & TILE is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to install, maintain and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, read complex drawings, and drive preventative maintenance programs. You will mentor Level I & II Technicians and collaborate closely with Production Managers to implement improvements.

The role requires strong electrical/hydraulic knowledge, extensive PLC experience, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Manufacturing experience is required.
• 2+ years maintaining in a plastic processing facility (preferred).
• 5+ years working with automated equipment and PLCs (preferred).
• 3+ years experience with work order management (preferred).
• HVAC & boiler system experience (Preferred).
• Industrial maintenance: 5 years (Preferred).
• Programmable logic controllers: 5 years (Preferred).
• Mechanical knowledge: 5 years (Required).
• Electrical knowledge: 5 years (Required).

Responsibilities

• Install and remove manufacturing equipment and run preventive maintenance.
• Read, interpret drawings and schematics to troubleshoot systems.
• Generate and close out work orders with labor hours and parts.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, motor starters, sensors, valves.
• Troubleshoot machinery, hydraulic systems, conveyors, and material handling.
• Perform mold changes on presses as needed.
• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Production Managers and Supervisors on repairs and improvements.
• Mentor Level I & II Technicians.
